100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if not satisfied, Return for a replacement or a refund within 30 days. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. If a print is damaged it cannot be restocked therefore a refund or exchange will not be issued. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the shipping costs. Canvas  Transfers are not returneable for they are created custom for each customer and cannot be restocked. Please ship all returns to the return address on the package.

Unframed prints:
Are Shipped in Air Tight Sealed Tubes. All unframed prints will ship USPS Priority or First Class Mail, Global Priority Or Fedex. If you are located anywhere other than the continental US, Items are shipped via USPS Global Priority. If you are located anywhere other than the continental US, please select International when checking out to receive the correct shipping charge. Flat rate shipping for unframed items Domestic is $6.95, International: $38.95. Items over 50 inches are subject to additional shipping charges which will be invoiced separately.

Canvas:
Canvas prints will ship Fedex Insured. If you are located anywhere other than the continental US, Items are shipped via USPS Global Priority. As these items are already stretched, the pricing and policies will match those of our framed items.

If I buy a canvas transfer and I don't like it, can I return it?
No. Canvas Transfers are not returneable. Each canvas transfer is custom fabricated to each customers specifications and is therefore non-refundable. If you are uncertain if the image you are interested in is going to work, you may order the print which is returnable and make sure that you are satisfied with the piece. After that, we will send the piece to our canvas transfer team to be completed for you.

Framed Art is returnable, customers will have to pay the return shipping charges. Shipping for Framed art is charged at $4.00 per lb. Depending on weight. Framed art will ship Fedex Ground in the United States or USPS. Outside the contintental United States, USPS Global Express is the shipping choice. For International customers You must be willing to wait 1 week for delivery and accept all responsibility for the package. Our money back guarantee and insurance will not cover packages shipped Internationally. This policy still remains as one of the lowest framed item shipping charges online. International and Domestic Framed Items over 40 inches are subject to additional shipping charges which will be invoiced separately.

Prints will arrive custom wrapped and shipped in a postal sealed tube. All of our framed art comes in custom packaging designed to endure the rigors of global shipping. If for any reason your piece arrives damaged, please let us know so we can rectify the situation. DO NOT ACCEPT THE TUBES IF THEY ARE BENT, DAMAGED, OR ANYTHING OTHER THEN ACCEPTABLE.

Most orders will arrive  1 - 5 days after we receive your payment. Please check the details on each item on our site, for some orders take a much longer time to print and ship whether from us or directly from the publisher. All framed prints will include custom packaging. On rare occassions, depending on the print, some items may take 9 - 16 business days to ship. All canvas orders will not ship for 1 - 2 weeks. This seems like a long time, but it will be well worth the wait. These canvas items are made by hand, so they cannot be rushed. If the print, or framed print, or canvas transfer is damaged upon arrival we will be happy to rush a replacement item to you free of charge.
